Saucery™ is your new best friend in the kitchen - not just a spice blend, but a true sauce builder. Four of them. Each one is the hard part of a great sauce, the layering, the depth, the balance, dried down into a bag you can keep in the cabinet.
Made by hand, in small batches
Every blend is mixed by hand here in Brooklyn, in batches small enough that I taste my way through each one. The saffron is real saffron. The chili is Calabrian. Nothing in here is hiding behind salt.
Why "builders"
Because that's what they do. They are not the whole meal and they are not pretending to be. They are the part you'd otherwise spend hours building, ready when you are. You finish it. That's the fun part anyway.
The person behind it
Saucery™ is a Condiment Queen™ line, founded by Randi Baron: born and raised New Yorker, Brooklyn recipe developer, Food Network guest judge, and the person on your feed yelling about condiments. The blends came out of a decade of supper clubs, food gifts, and being tired of spice mixes that only do one thing.
